At RE Roofing & Construction, we proudly stand behind every roof we install. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Leak-Free Workmanship Warranty on all new roofing installations. If your roof develops a leak due to our workmanship at any time, we will repair it at no cost to you.
This warranty is also fully transferable to the next homeowner, adding lasting value to your property.
What Is Covered
- Lifetime protection against leaks caused by workmanship errors related to our roofing installation.
- Repairs to roofing components we provided and installed, including shingles, flashing, underlayment, and other roofing details.
- Full transferability of the warranty if the home is sold (must be transferred in writing within 30 days of closing).
What Is Not Covered
- Storm damage or acts of nature, including wind, hail, lightning, or other weather events.
- Leaks or damage caused by lack of regular maintenance, neglect, or misuse.
- Work, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than RE Roofing & Construction.
- Damage or leaks resulting from structural issues (foundation movement, settling, framing problems, etc.).
- Non-roofing construction such as siding, windows, gutters, decks, patios, or flooring.
- Manufacturer defects in materials (these are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not our workmanship warranty).
General Limitations
- This warranty applies exclusively to roofing work installed by RE Roofing & Construction.
- Roofs must be reasonably maintained and inspected periodically to remain covered.
- Warranty coverage is limited to repair of leaks caused by workmanship.
- Warranty is transferable one time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This workmanship warranty is a Lifetime Leak-Free Workmanship Warranty, transferable one time to a subsequent homeowner. It is the exclusive warranty provided by RE Roofing & Construction for roofing installation services. No other warranties, express or implied (including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), shall apply. Liability is strictly limited to repairing workmanship-related leaks as described above. Under no circumstances shall RE Roofing & Construction be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.
