I didn’t inherit a roofing company. I didn’t buy a franchise. I started RE Roofing and Construction with a truck, a toolkit, and one belief: if you take care of people — really take care of them — the business follows.
That belief didn’t come from roofing school. It came from Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie — the people who taught me that your work is only as good as the standard you hold yourself to. I carried that into every job site.
